We obtained the ISO 9001:2008 certificate as a result of an effort to offer an optimum service level, so implementing a working philosophy regulated under both internal and external quality standards.
Kalfrisa has started, within the framework of quality as a business strategy, the program for the client’s satisfaction measuring. Results obtained until now show a very good rating from our clients even relating to the product or the whole management system, getting a 96% of total satisfaction.
