Every April 28, World Day for Safety and Health at Work<\/strong> gives us the opportunity to reflect on something essential: the well-being of people in their workplace<\/strong>. At Kalfrisa<\/strong>, this commitment to the safety and health of our employees is not just a day to remember, but a priority we uphold every day throughout the year. <\/p>

Working in a safe and healthy environment is key to the success of any organization, and at Kalfrisa, we understand this. We have a specialized team within the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment)<\/g> department that focuses exclusively on Occupational Health and Safety<\/g>. Thanks to their work and dedication, we ensure that everyone is protected and can perform their tasks in a risk-free environment. <\/p>

What does \u201cOccupational Health and Safety\u201d mean for Kalfrisa?<\/strong><\/p>

Today, more than ever, we talk about a comprehensive <\/strong>approach to workplace safety that goes beyond merely preventing accidents, encompassing the physical and mental well-being<\/strong> of each individual. At Kalfrisa, in addition to focusing on work-related accidents, we recognize that the emotional well-being of our employees<\/g> is fundamental to their performance and happiness. That is why our approach is much broader and goes beyond traditional preventive measures. <\/p>
