These tools draw on both real data and <strong>CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)<\/strong> simulations, allowing the equipment\u2019s behavior to be analyzed with a very high level of precision and efficiency. <\/p><p>The technological key of the project is the use of <strong>HPC (High Performance Computing)<\/strong>, which allows complex simulations to be run in shorter times and with lower computational cost. Thanks to this, we can predict the performance of equipment before manufacturing and adjust its design to maximize thermal and operational efficiency.. <\/p><p><strong>Real economic and environmental impact<\/strong><\/p><p>he application of these tools has a <strong>direct impact on the profitability of industrial projects<\/strong>. Design optimization not only reduces material usage in manufacturing but also decreases the risk of failures, inefficiencies, or issues during the warranty phase. This translates into significant cost savings for our clients..  <\/p><p>From an environmental standpoint, the benefits are equally relevant. According to our initial estimates, the use of digital twins and advanced data analysis can improve <strong>the energy efficiency of preheaters by decreasing their natura<\/strong><strong>l<\/strong> gas consumption, thus contributing tangibly to industrial <strong>decarbonization goals<\/strong>. <\/p><p><strong>Innovation with purpose<\/strong><\/p><p>At Kalfrisa, technological innovation has a clear purpose: <strong>to reduce the industry&#8217;s environmental impact<\/strong> without sacrificing efficiency and competitiveness.
