These words guide our daily actions in European policies, the media, and the strategic plans of major multinational companies. However, in the 1970s, when the oil crisis dominated the headlines, it was a visionary move. Energy and Environment as the motto of an SME reflects its sector of activity. Applied to the industrial sector, it signifies a spirit of commitment. The company focuses its decarbonization efforts on achieving minimal, responsible, and renewable energy consumption. The current reality of many industrial processes is based on using gas, oil, and some coal as raw materials or fuel. All of these are fossil fuels chemically based on the element targeted for reduction: carbon.<\/p>\n\n<p>Kalfrisa develops and adapts its furnaces, recuperators, thermal oxidizers, dryers, and heaters to meet this shift in the energy model, focusing on electrification and the use of hydrogen as energy vectors for transforming high-temperature thermal processes in industry.<\/p>\n\n<p>It is a long and complex journey, a challenge that can only be addressed through collaboration with suppliers, clients, and public institutions.
