Kalfrisa participated in the XI ATADES Race 2023, which took place on May 14th at Parque Grande José Antonio Labordeta in Zaragoza. The sporting event was celebrated with the participation of professional and amateur athletes, users, whole families, and volunteers.
The funds raised will be allocated to the project of the Aragonese Association for Intellectual Disability (Asociación Tutelar Aragonesa de Discapacidad Intelectual), who work to improve the quality of life for children with special needs through therapies with the pediatric exoskeleton ATLAS 2030 implemented by ATADES. This service is used for the rehabilitation of multiple gait pathologies and neuromuscular diseases that cause progressive global weakness.
Kalfrisa joined this race, which is the most important annual sports event for the association. It is a solidarity event that brings together thousands of people who love sports and understand the value of unity and community in ensuring that people with intellectual disabilities live and thrive on an inclusive and equal level.
