Pablo Izuzquiza Serrano and Daniel Álvarez Cases attended yesterday the conference “Bioeconomics, ethics and sustainability in the pork industry” organized by the Fundación Fundación Cátedra Jorge Group next to the University of Zaragoza The event dealt with current issues related to animal welfare, biosafety, contaminants of emerging concern, antimicrobial resistance, new diagnostic and prevention tools, sustainability, food quality and safety, and by-product valorization.
