On May 8, we will inaugurate our new Clean Technologies Design and Validation Center. We will take the opportunity to present, as a success story, the world’s first hydrogen crematorium furnace.
With almost 60 years of experience in the energy and environment sector, Kalfrisa is setting new challenges in the framework of sustainable development. To this end, we are developing real solutions, with minimum energy consumption and capable of operating at 100% or hybridized with clean and renewable energy. So much so that in our efforts to replace fossil fuels with hydrogen, we have managed to achieve 100% hydrogen combustion on an industrial scale.
Our new milestone in this area is the start-up of a Clean Technologies Design and Validation Center at our facilities, which allows us to test, on a pilot scale, all types of clean technologies, highlighting the combustion of hydrogen at different powers and mixing percentages up to 100% H₂ or the electrification of thermal processes.
